my 87 vette has always ran about low 180s even with air on. started little while ago hittin 190 to 200 with air on, changed out pressure sensor on air cond side, seemed to help for while but back now only when airs on. any suggestions will be appreciated.

Need more info:
*Have you cleaned and maintained your cooling system? (even debris between your condensor and radiator)
*Under what conditions does it get hot(er)? Highway? Traffic? A/C on or off? What T-stat? What fan settings? 200* isn't too hot at all, for stock components.

I don't know. It sounds pretty normal to me. Running 180* in all conditions sounds ABnormal, to me. I don't know why you observed a change, but unless you're running a 160* t-stat and lowered fan settings, your current operating temps seem fine.
