Anybody Know How To "tune" An Air Condition/heater Head? It Is A Dual /auto Control; The Drivers Side Works On All Modes But The Passenger Side Only Blows Out Cold (and I Do Mean Cold) Air. Any Suggestions Would Be Appreciated. thanks............................

Your Passenger actuator quite working. If you are lucky a power cycle will bring it back, if not it needs repaired/replaced. Try pulling the system's fuse or the negative battery cable for 5 minutes and re-connect. This power cycles the actuators and forces them to run thru thier full range of motion, often freeing up a stuck one.

I had a simular problem but with other issues also. I purchased a new-rebuilt one on ebay and had to send my broken back to the rebuilder. Cost was $96.00. All is perfect with all cooling and heating. Also a very easy to install, need to remove the console, and the face plate just plugs into the same place as the old one. Saved myself a few hundred bucks. T

I think you're talking about the HVAC Head unit, his problem is the passenger side actuator that mixes the hot and cold air, it's a real bugger to get at so I always recommend replacing it with a new one. On the Driver's side you can sometimes re-index the main drive gear to bring it back and it isn't too bad to get too in case that doesn't work and you have to R&R it.... :cheers:

I'm kinda confused on what you mean by the computer, there are several. The car will stay "awake" for like 45 minutes before going to "sleep" mode as long as nothing is touched.
