I recently picked up a stock 2000 coupe and already have ordered the small odds and ends and they are on the way. However; I need help with exhaust choices. I have plans for a complete exhaust with LT headers and I have spent hours listening to sound clips on you tube and still have not made up my mind on brands. I am looking for a good STRONG muscle car sound but I still want to be able to have a conversation with my wife while driving. I would like to hear from those of you that have already made this decision, what brand do you recommend? Also need to mention that future plans call for a supercharger so all mods need to be made with that in mind.

Thanks,
Black Sheep

Get that Corsa that you can turn it on and off!!! The best of both worlds!!! When you have your wife, have the exhaust off and by yourself or a buddy open them up!!!! The Extreme I think it's called!

Thanks,
I had been looking at Borla and B&B on you tube. I thought that I had decided on B&B due to the sound but reading past posts in Smokin someone said to be prepared as B&B was extremely loud. I had not really listened to the Corsa clips but now that I have they do have some pretty sweet sounding pipes.

Dual 4" Boral Stingers, sound and look great, besides flowing better.... Works good with my supercharger and other mods also.

i have B&B route 66 which is quiet for a vette. but i have a 427 and no cats with 3" xpipe. Mine is loud!

Also, get some cutouts, that adds some more bad ***-ness to your car!

AJ, do you have cutouts on your 427? That has to be a nice sounding set up!

I think I have it narrowed down to either Corsa Extreme or the Borla Stingers. I think either one would be a welcome addition and could wake the beast up.

Thanks for all the feed back.
