Long story cut short, while my '08 was in for service on non related issue the dealer updated my ECM software. I don't have dyno results to prove but the car just feels different, I don't want to say sluggish but it doesn't have the same peep. Hard to explain. Can this be undone? The car had no issues relating to software when it went in there?

If I'm understanding you correctly the new flash most likely changed all the internal power settings in the car which is why things feel so different. I'm guessing the torque management was one of the main points changed. As far a rewinding the clock to previous flash, not going to happen. :coffeetime:

Tune can't hurt, could get some additional power from a fresh tune.
