This looks like it will be a tough one to fix! First of all I have no idea how the he77 it could have broken off? Anyways if anyone has some insight on this please let me know or I will just take it to a shop. Thanks, Paul

Have you been launching your Vette or driving it hard? This is not uncomen for this to happen if you are indeed driving hard. You can do the replacement yourself although it's not the easiest job. I had to have this done on my C6 and they had to take off pretty much everything i.e. (brakes, wheel) just to have room to get the new lug nut in. Maybe it's a little easier with the C5's, good luck!

No I really haven't. I mean I get on it every now and then but for the most part I just drive it normal. I wonder if someone tried to steal my wheels? It was the lock nut that was broken off!!:mad:
