Heres a question I hope someone can help me out with. Can a F1C be modified and do its thing on Z06 with out messing the motor up?
One person I spoke to said its possible and the other said its too big??

Anything can be done. The thing is what is the reason you would want to go to the F1C?? If you are planning on running on a stock motor you are limited to the amount of boost you can run and a P1SC is fine. The larger the blower does not mean you are going to make more power with it. It means it will support more power, but you will need a built motor to help make the power. On a C6 ZO6 stock you can run 5-6 LBS of boost regardless of the size of the blower. More boost you have to get the compression down and forged motor.

I totally agree with Bluvette.
Now, if you want to build a forged 427 and install an F1R and shoot your vette to the moon, then Yes, the blower can be made to fit:cheers:

We normally limit boost on stock LS7 engines to 7 PSI due to the higher compression ratio. If you want to run more boost than that, we recommend our forged shortblock upgrade, that will allow you to lower the compression and run 15-18 PSI safely. We are currently using this setup in an 800 HP TT Z06 build.
More boost than that and you run into a whole new batch of issues,

:iagree: Also there are issues with the stock pistons themselves (breaking/cracking/ring land issues) with more than 6PSI boost.
I remember the Ti rods being an issue with significant boost as well.
