No holiday party for me this weekend, this week I had all sorts of new parts come in for my C6. Up till now this baby is bone stock other than some tint I put on the window. I have just received this week LG Headers, Corsa Sports, Comp Cam and Patriot Heads! :woowoo:

This is is my first Corvette and can't wait to see what new power I might get from all of this. Any ideas? BTW how many of you work on your own cars? I was thinking about having a shop do this but I prefer to do my own work, heck it might take longer but I enjoy doing the work. Took the day off of work tomorrow and have a long weekend to hopefully be able to knock this out, then have the car trailered to tuner next week!

Great to be here!

Great to have you here, those are some nice new mods you have! You should really see some nice gains in HP and TQ :burnout:

I do some work myself, but other times will recruit friends to help also. :patriot:

Thanks everyone, I'm pretty jazzed about it. The wife went up to her sisters place with the kids for the weekend so I have a nice full weekend to myself and car :rockon6rk:

The "fun" part is getting to the harmonic balancer. You have to remove the steering rack and get it out of the way. You'll be :catfight: with it a tad unless you have a buddy to help.

I just finished my cam install today. Hope to finish the street tune tommorow.

Good luck with your install. When it is all done, you will be glad you did it yourself.

what are the specs on the cam?
how about the headers- 1 3/4 or 1 7/8?
what patriot heads do you have?

An agressive tune with the head cam job can get you from base 360ish hp to mid to high 400s

Good luck with the mods
