: Thinking about replacing O2 sensors - banks 1 and 2 are running lean?

I keep getting check engine light coming on in my '07 and showing Banks 1 and 2 are running lean. My rear o2 sensors have been tuned out. I was speaking to a buddy of mine who was saying rather than replacing the o2 sensors that the tune it self might be the cause of this?

Any ideas?

If you have a CAI on the car, check to make sure everything is sealed up tight from the MAF to the throttle body. Also check for loose/cracked vacuum fittings if you have catch can's and the like. That is the most common problem when you have a car tuned and then suddenly it starts throwing codes.
