I was thinking about getting the Z06 wide body kit on my '05. Where do I start, or who sells these parts. I have noticed a few C6's with the Z06 quarterpanels and I like the look. Please advice on where to get the parts and how much was your investment. ;)

You can pick up these parts panels at www.lapd.com (http://www.lapd.com) out of Chatsworth CA 877-843-5273 Speak to Shawn. The quarterpanels will run you about $1100 these days and I believe the new kits come complete with all the hardware that you will need. My body shop (which off course depending on where you are in the country will not work for you so you will need to find a good body shop in your town) charged if memory serves me correct around $2000 to paint these panels, hood, rear fascia and installed them. Z06 kit looks great, front fenders are a little pricey, I was looking at doing this and saw that the front fenders were like $1700 each! The guy I was speaking to said most people just do the back quarterpanels. Good luck and post some pics of the before and after!

These guys have a variety of wide body kits for C5 and C6 for street and hardcore race applications. They have fiberglass and carbon fiber options, as well as hoods and wings for racing.
