Senate Bill SB-2099 will require us to put on our 2009 1040 federal tax form all guns that you have or own. It may require fingerprints and a tax of $50 per gun.

The bill was introduced on Feb. 24th and will become public knowledge 30 days after it is voted into law.. This is an amendment to the Internal Revenue Act of 1986. This means that the Finance Committee can pass this without the Senate voting on it at all..

I agree with your post 100% Myself I have quite an extensive collection.But theres one thing I noticed and this was dated year 2000. I looked for any current bills with this topic and even checked resolutions and nothing was found. I would appreciate any unpdated info you have found. Not meaning to shoot your post down but I am concerned of the issue if its so.

no problem. I check all weird bills and stuff through snopes. I find 90% of the the stuff is complete B.S.
