I'm getting mtce error code P125, APP sensor. The car seems to starve for fuel and after a short rest it runs great for another 5 miles. Is this sensor difficult to replace. Does anyone have experience with this type of issue?

I replaced one in 2009 on my 2005 Vette. Now it has gone out again. Last time the part cost $100. Now it is $300 from the dealer. The engine power is cut in half until parked and it resets.
