I need to get a new set of tools, rackets, wrenches, etc. Whats a good set of tools? I keep seeing commercials on Dura.... something from Autozone? How are these?

I think the brand that you are talking about is Duramax? Maybe? I can't be 100% sure on that one, but some other top brands are obviously Snap On and Mac tools.

All snap on here, you just can't go wrong with the service and the waranty of these things! The prices are a bit high but you get what you pay for in life!

I have a mix of tools I have picked over the years, I know there are some snap on tools and others that I have picked up over at Home Depot that have worked well for me... I think those are Husky?

:iagree: Same here, all my tools are old as hell! And the only power tool I have is a black and decker 3/8" drill! I would like to get some new tools but the good ones or larger selection of tools are pricey and I would rather deal with the tools I have and spend the $$ on the ride!

I have a mixed set of tools collected over the years, but have been waiting on a tool set over at Sears myself to go on sale!

Those are the ones over at Home Depot correct? I think I found the winner here, put it on the Home Depot card :)

I would loved to have the Snapon tools but they are so expensive! I'm not a professional mechanic so I decided to get the Husky brand over at Home Depot. For what I need them for these will work just fine. Thanks for all the input guys.

My garage/home repair tools are mostly Craftsman with a few Stanley hammers/levels etc. If I wrenched all day every day (I'm a tuner) I'd look at the MAC/Snap On brands though.
