The glass thickness is different in the Z06. I've heard that from two independent sources (race tuners). Actually the material you use for RR windshields makes quite a difference in weight. The FRC were originally designed to be a more affordable Vette and a vette for younger hotrodders. It is the precurser to the Z06.
