It could be a variety of things... where do you have the car stored?

Outside in my driveway. But I am planning on getting an all season canopy to keep the weather at bay.

Usually water is entering the vehicle some where. I have a convertible and there is 2 water drain holes on each side, not sure about the coupes though. Mine were blocked on my car and water was entering the rear compartment.
