On a 07 base m6 daily driver which #s 4.10 or 3.90. and should I just do ring and pinion or upgrade to a pre built diff that claims to be buffed up? I do have some mods longtubes,3" cats and exhaust, cai and tune, and plan for cam soon.

On my Z51 CAI headers cam, 427whp i did 4.10, I should have gone 3.9 cause the Z51 is geared higher.
you will like the 4.10 no need to upgrade the diff but get the right and left output shafts. If you have an extra $350 you could do the DTE or ECS brace
my used 4.10s are for sale pretty much half off of new motive gear set.

M6's we will usually do 4.10's. They wake the car up nicely.

I have no clue when it comes to vettes but a rear gear swap is the best bang for the buck besides Nitrous if you add a set of drag radials with the gear swap. When i had my blown 2003 Mach1 puttin down 446 I ran the stock 3.55's for 2 weeks then went to 4.10's and 305-35-18 Nitto drag radials and all I can say is wow. I went from 12.20's to 11.80's. Just doing some basic math id say N/A bolt-on MN6 C6 vettes need 4.10's
