I am not 100% sure on this one but I think that it is telling you about the suspension system. Sort of like when my neighbors C6 "told" him to check his traction control system. I don't think that this is a problem that you can fix in your garage, so you should probably take it to a specialist.

You have adjustable suspension. Shud be a spot on your center console with a switch for 3 positions, starts with "tour", etc.

Usually the mechanical actuators on tops of the shocks break as they are made of plastic. There is a procedure thru the Data line connector to determine which shock (s) may be bad.

If your not mechanically inclined you may want to take C4 Boom's advice & seek professional help. Be advised these are not cheap.

The shocks have a default position which they revert to so there is no problem driving the car. Could be something as simple as a loose connection on the top of the shock. You can check the front's ok, but the backs are kind of buried.

The site below will give you some idea of the system.

Thanks for the Info. The web site was a very source of information. Do you think it could be only one of four causing the problem?

You will have to pull the codes in order to determine which shock (s) is the problem. Are you familiar with the procedure for pulling codes from the cars computer, etc?

No I am not fimilar with the code process. The car came without any info not even the owners manual , so Iam flying blind and learning as I go. I have ordered the owners manual and a service manual from Helm Inc but it is comming by way of snail mail. Can the codes be pulled from the car without a code reader or will I need one.If so what kind do you recommend? Erv

Diagnostic trouble codes can be read thru the computer (s) without a code reader. The computer (s) has modules & you can manually check basicaslly all the systems with a paper clip thru the data line connector.

I would wait until the Helm's manual shows up. It will give you a complete picture of the system. In the mean time check the site below. It will give you basic knowledge on how the systems work & how they can be interrogated.
