When ever I hit WOT I get oil comming out of my oil breather that drips down valve cover on my header. I tried replaceing the breather, but it still happens. my motor is fresh with about 10,000 miles on it, and it only does it on the drivers side. Can anyone tell me why this is happening?
Thanks for any suggestions or help!

Just a quick question, is there a baffle in valve cover? Had this problem and needed to put in a baffle.

There is a baffle. The valve covers are eldelbrock aluminum series. thanks!

My 79(not much original there) did this also but only when I hammer it. I fixed it by adding a hose from the opposite valve cover that I connected to the air cleaner(inside the filter). Therefore crankcase pressures are vented by pulling in air from one valve cover breather down through the crankcase and out the other valve cover and into the cleaner and through the carb. Or you could check your PVC valve system and see if it is plugged up. Not sure that a 77 has one but if it does and is not working you will have all kinds of oil leaks, especially from the valve covers. To sum this ramble up---crankcase pressure is blowing the oil out.
