Every time I get into this car to start up the clutch squeeks and will continue to squeek through out the shifts, I have put greese and other lubricants and can't get the squeek to go away? It has become to the point where it just annoys me driving the car? What can I do here?

If the squeaking is from under the dash, it's probably worn out plastic bushings in the pedal support where the pivot shaft on the clutch pedal goes through the support. There are four of them - two in the sides of the support for the clutch shaft, and two more in the top of the brake pedal where it pivots on the clutch shaft.
The steering column and pedal support have to come out in order to disassemble the shaft and bushings, clean up the parts, and replace/lube the shafts and bushings.
