I have been lucky over the years, my '67 is always kept in the garage and doesn't get out alot, however during the last year the white top is getting a little stained, it seems regardless on how often I wash it. Anyone have any experience with keeping the white tops BRIGHT white? Thanks!

Hi 67rally - Great looking classic you have there, that must be a fun car to drive. Any rate here are a couple links I just found on convertible top care: http://www.diynetwork.com/diy/ab_detailing/article/0,2021,DIY_13684_2276832,00.html
or http://automotivedetailing.com/assets/articles_htm/convert_top_care.htm
Hope this helps!

Thank you for the links, I'll take a look at the articles there, yes the old car is a blast to drive. I'm a little curious as to what everyone uses from the product side of things to keep their tops clean. Please post what products you use, thank you.

Mine used to have a white top and it seemed like no matter how hard I tried to keep it clean the white top would always slowly get stained. I went through 2 white tops before I just changed the color to black! I like the look better with it being white :( ! Good luck

You know what I was thinking about replacing the white top with a black one, I keep coming back to the white looks so much better, and there must be a way to keep it white!
