Then if you convert you lose all the advantages of EFI, even crummy wet flow EFI. Starting, fuel mileage, throttle response, etc will all go away when you give up the EFI. A little home porting on that intake manifold will get the power back where it should be. To me, it is a shame to take a step backward in technology in an up dated (to 1984 at least) car.
