Good morning all you SmokinVette's. I would like to give a heads up about a very impressive shop that has just joined the SmokinVette.com family. Exotic Performance Plus out of Indiana, many might know these are the folks that are doing the build on "Tom Snitzer's" monster. I just spent nearly an hour on the phone with Bob who is the owner of the shop and have to say I'm very impressed and can see why Tom's cars go here.

Any rate Bob will be register here shortly and has a vast knowledge on all sorts of subjects, I really don't know where to start. Very impressive regardless.

Here are some details about this shop from their "About EPP" page:

In-stock and affordable
Our customers are always telling us that it's about time Columbia City had a true performance shop. On their first visit to our shop, customers mention that they are shocked to see the hundreds of thousands of dollars worth of performance parts on our shelves. That's the only way a local performance shop can compete with mail order companies - have the parts that customers need, in stock and at affordable prices.

Exotic Performance Plus is factory direct with more than eleven leading high performance auto parts manufacturers - by eliminating the middle man, we can provide our customers the parts they need at prices they can afford.

We install what we sell.
Why would a performance shop sell parts that they can’t back them up?

Along with our wide variety of performance parts we also have our own Mustang 1750 chassis dynamometer. The Mustang chassis dynamometer (http://www.exoticperformanceplus.com/dyno.php) allows us to verify that the performance parts we sell actually do make the improvements that the manufacturers claim they do.

You won’t see us selling “miracle parts”. If the parts don’t provide the results that they are supposed to, we don’t sell them. You will often find us at the local 1/4 mile drag strip, testing the parts that we sell on our own cars. If you see us, make sure to stop by and say hello. We always enjoy meeting new people!

Our store hours are:
Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm
Closed Saturday & Sunday

Thanks everyone, I appreciate it!

We specialize in ATI ProChargers, as you might be able to tell from my website.

Here is what we are currently working on.

One customer picked up his 2006 C6 convertible yesterday that we just installed an ATI ProCharger P-1SC-1 on.

We have a Caddy CTS-V on one lift that we built a new LS2 for, and we're installing an ATI ProCharger F-1A on. ProCharger does not make a kit for the CTS-V, but we came out with our own several years ago. We expect to make 850 rwhp with this V.

On another lift we have an Infinity G35 that we are installing an ATI ProCharger C-2 on.

The next lift over has Tom's 2002 Z06 on it. We're expecting to finish up on our first round with this car today, and Eurosport Racing will be picking up the car to do their end of the install. We will then get the car back to fire up the new drivetrain and tune it in.
We are also working on a new drag car that we will race next year.

We are having a tube chassis built and have a new Five Star GTO ready to go on it. We are building a Warhawk engine for it and will be using an ATI ProCharger F-3R that should produce 2000 rwhp. The completed car should weigh 2100 pounds and we're looking for 1/4 times in the 6's at over 200 mph.

That red Camaro on my website is actually an orange '99 Z28 that I own. We built the car for the LSX Shootout in Memphis in October.
Here is a link to it. http://www.exoticperformanceplus.com/projectCar.php?car=12

Here is video footage of it.

usually in wheely pics the back tires are rippled? Is this car just going up or coming down? Either way that thing is insane!

We are using dot M/T drag radials, which don't wad up as much as a bias ply tire. I'm not sure it the picture was before or after the bumper drug on the ground. Bob
