How do I replace a late model 2003 Corvette fuel pump?

Lets just start by saying it is not easy.
Unfortuntely it is not as easy as the early style C5's. You need to drop the tank to get it out.
Also be very careful not to break the transfer tube that is inside the large hose between the tank.

Unfortuntely, I cannot completely describe how it comes apart as it would take hours of typing.

I strongly suggest you go to the dealer & see if they will let you copy part of the shop manual for the proper way to do it.
If you are not good with car repairs, I would recommend you get a shop to do it.

I do have replacement performance pumps for this vehicle, which are also a few hundred $$ cheaper than a factory pump module.
Please contact me if I can be of assistance.

This is a tough job, taking the tank out and messing around with that whole fuel pump assembly is nuts!

Lonnie, do you use the Walboro products in your systems you set up?

Yes,
I use Walbro pumps & components supplied exclusively be Racetronix.

My kits use all Original Equipment quality wiring, connectors & fuel hoses.

Well doesn't Racetronix make a complete swap out set up for the C5's?

They make a kit, but it still requires removing the tank to install, which is the hardest part.

Taking off the crossover pipe is tough, not much room to work with.
