If you were to take a stock TB and port it out what do you think the gains would be?

I offer a CNC ported variety that has been proven in independent testing to make over 10whp on a LS1/LS6 engine as well as better throtle response.

That's a good price, do you know what mm it becomes after you port it?

The throttle plate is not changed only the entry/exit is modified for better flow.

So it's the same mm just the area before and after the flapper thing gets larger.

Actually the shaping of this material has a large effect on the entry & exit quality of the air & can substantially increase airflow & power. By reducing turbulence in the air stream, you can provide more airflow through the same size opening. Larger is not necessarily better, although many would think so.

Heck everyone knows the old saying , bigger is better! Yet that is not the case all the time.

I may be in the market for one of these pretty soon. Looking to add some items and this would be a nice compliment to my additions. I will be in contact.

Would installing the new "Velocity Stack" with the VaraRam Power Duct essentially do the same thing?

I had mine tuned last fall and installed the VaraRam with the Velocity Stack. We were in the car tweaking the settings with the laptop plugged in. He said he noticed a definite difference with the Velocity Stack, it was the first one he had installed with a tune on my particular setup (C5 w/A4). I can't tell you what it would be like without it because I had the tune, VaraRam and the Velocity Stack all done at the same time. What I can tell you is that the overall difference is nothing short of Amazing!!!

I have heard that, however I know a handful of guys that have also gotten their TB ported and they see even more benefits, I mean it definetely won't hurt you!
