I'm on LG website and looking at this fuel pump upgrade harness for $99. So is this thing basically another boost a pump that is just increasing power to pump to make it spin faster? Am I understanding this correctly?

It is actually a direct wire from the alternator to provide higher voltage to the pump over the smaller factory wiring.
It also has provisions to easily add a boost-a-pump to this harness.
I stock these Racetronix harnesses as well & can attest to the fact that pump voltage is increased. This can increase flow about 10% over stock.

Is this for forced induction use or will a NA motor benefit from something like this?

Any vehicle with increased fuel demands can benefit from this. It has no adverse effects on the pump or vehicle wiring.
I offer them for $89 shipped within the US.

Would a mildly mod'd Corvette benefit from this? Or are you talking about those with blowers and such?

Once you get in the over 450hp range, it is good insurance as it will add close to 10% extra pump capacity.
It will never hurt to have it if you are doing engine mods.
