I have custom machined fuel rails coming in with larger injectors. I know removing that fuel line requires a special tool to pull off right? What is the name of this thing so I can get the right tools before this arrives?

You should be able to buy a fuel line disconnect tool at your local autoparts store. It is really a simple tool and should be pretty cheap.
