Is this a tough job, from the looks of it, it really doesn't look like there would be too much to move out of the way, but seeing that I have not done this before I don't know! lol:cheers:

This is a pretty straight forward deal and you could probably do this in a couple hours, well maybe one or two more. Anyways it is still really easy for the most part.

My Ron Davis radiator does a great job,and my two BeCool radiators didn't take long to start leaking.

I got my second (and last) BeCool radiator in 2004. If they are still in business, the problems are probably fixed. Caveat emptor.

There is so much that goes on in the radiator business that the public has no knowledge of. The fact is, BC does not actually make anything! They contract all the welding to a local fab shop, and they buy the cores from Canada. RD buys their cores from others as well, but they actually assemble them in house.

A radiator is only as good as the CORE. This is the center part that consists of the fins and tubes. The quality of the brazing dictates how well this part is going to remove heat. They may all look the same, but they are NOT. The only way to control the quality of the brazing is to do it yourself.

DeWitts is the only Company in the USA that actually makes their own cores and manufacturers everything in house. About 2/3 of the aluminum radiators sold in the USA have cores that are made in China.
