Minor question but wanted to see if anyone has answer to this. I have to always every couple months or so tighten like 3 lug nuts in my passenger rear tire? And I torque the hell out of these things and it drives me banannas that I can't figure this out?

Wheel could be bent or out of balance causing vibration to loosen them. Also take a good look at the wheel holes to make sure they aren't worn that the lug nut isn't sitting square on it. Just a thought.

Don't exceed the 100 ft/lb Torque Spec!

I have one stud that is longer then all the rest and it crowned and cracked the top of my lug nut... I'd measure everything.

When tight could these really come loose from vibration?

If the vibration is bad enough I think they could come loose, but it would have to be extreme. I'm leaning more towards the holes on the rim wearing, but it's only a guess without being there to look at it. Process of elimination will get to the problem. Just throwing some ideas out there for him.
