Just wanted to stop by to introduce our company.
We are the leading manufacturer in of vertical doors, (a.k.a lambo, scissor doors) in the U.S.A. Every kit we sell is made in the U.S.A. and it's backed by several U.S. patents and our Warranty.
Every kit we sell is a direct "Bolt-on" kit specifically made for your specific vehicle. the kits come with detail instructions and all the hardware needed for the installation. if you run into problems or have any questions about the installation, in-house techs are standing by to help you.

Looks like a nice product. Are these the ones that will open by themselves? And approx. how much weight do these add? Thanks:cheers:

They add about 30lbs
We do not use actuators (automatic door) because of how long it takes to open on average about 30 sec. that may not sound like a long time but if it's a everyday car 30 sec. it's a long time. also the actuator is just like your power window, it will go up or down no matter what's in the way so it poses a liability that we are not willing to take.

You have any photos or vids on c5 convertable? Not for myself, my buddy just picked up a C5 Convertable and has lambo doors on his Chrysler 300.

They look nice.Any cutting or drilling involved?

yes but it's not visible.
you will have to cut a portion of the inner fender. (stock you have two hinges top and bottom with our kit you have only one hinge that bolt to the top and bottom factory hinge holes so the material that the manufacturer uses to cover the hole between the top and bottom hinge will have to be cut to make room for the new VDI kit)
also there is a small 1/8" lip in the front of the door that will also have to be trimmed.
your kit will come with instructions and we have in-house tech to help you in case you run into any problems.

there is no drilling or welding and the cutting will not affect it, if in the unlikely event that you sell your car or do not like the door you can take our hinge off and reinstall your factory hinges. our kits are fully reversible
