Hello everyone! I was reading my owners manual to my 05 today and noticed it referenced that you shouldn't apply after market tint to the windows. Something about this will mess up the GPS signal and its ability to communicate correctly and will cause it to malfunction?? I have navigation in my Lexas and have had the windows tinted for some time with no effects on my navigation? I was going to get the windows tinted on the Vette this spring and now I'm wondering should I hold off?

I have nav in mine with tint - When they were appling it they had told me that the metallic tints will mess with some nav systems. So that is why I went with their recommendations with the ceramic tint.

I agree. Metallic tint will interfere. Use ceramic.
