I also installed a nice after market CD player and leather seats. Still have a long way to go. Working on my carport, I try to keep the projects short so I can still drive the car and not get a fine for a non running car.

I had an 86 GT that looked exactly like yours before the mods, except it had stock honeycomb wheels and no Holley intake scoop.

What is that front end from?

Sorry I just saw this post.

Its a Norms flipper front end. It replaces the front hood, both fenders and the front fascia.

His website is down right now, if its something your interested in I can still get in touch with him.
This hood runs around $2500 so its a big investment for a car that you probably only paid $2500 for.

I like it, from what I remember about those cars though, is that they had a overheating problem with the V6. What steps did (are) you going to take to cool down that SB?

I had built a 1985 had a 350 LT1 in it had used the V-8 Archie kit. The body was left stock so looked like a sleeper. Surprised many people leaving red lights. between the tire smoke and the front wheels in the air, i'am sure they didn't know what to think. Your cars coming good . Good luck with it. Pat
