I'm restoring a 65, and will be needing to order brakes after I get the engine and body all set up. Are these brakes are an upgrade? would I use stock brackets? What pads do these come with?

These brakes are an OE Replacement. There is no modification required. You would use your stock brackets and calipers. I would consider these to also be an upgrade. The cross-drilling and slotting adds for better braking performance.

The pads are AXXIS Deluxe which is a premium ceramic formula brake pad.
