I have a 1992 coupe. it does not overheat , but I have no heat or air conditioning. I just recharges the AC and put a new blower motor in, and the AC pump is working. What could it be?

Did you check the fuses? May be some small like this or switch?

I do not have the electroniic heat / ac control, so it would not be that, the blower motor works, but blows air thats not hot with the heat or cold w/ the ac. is there a control that opens up the heater box? if so where do I access it?

Yes, there is a cable under the passenger side of the dash that opens the air flow door. It's a cable that is on the upper part of the heater box and if it's like mine, has a red colored tang on it that should be bolted to the control. I hope that helps.
