Guys, what do I do to make sure my red stays red. For example, I try to take a pic in my garage of my engine bay, but all the red is too pink.

Thanks!

If you wanted red parts, you shouldn't have had your wife order your fuel rail covers from Jimmy!

What kind of camera do you have? Post a pic.

JP said it was a mix-up, and the pink was for you!:coffeetime:

My camera is a Canon PowerShot A560.

Here's a couple of pics.

There are a couple of things you can do...the photo you posted looks like you took it in direct sunlight...that can wash the colors out. You can try a UV filter and try not taking the picture in direct sunlight...also flourecent lighting will play with colors as well. Dont know your camera but you may have a setting for that.

A UV filter would definitely help a lot if you can use one on your powershot. (Im not big on Canon.) Let me do some looking around for info on your camera and I will see what I can do.

It's just a little Canon PowerShot. I'll try to play around with it as soon as I can get my car out.
