I am going to use some fishing line as one person told me. What else do I need to do so I don't run into any issues?

Get yourself a hairdryer to heat up the sections of the molding as you go along. Don't be afraid to get the adhesive good and warm, it makes the process of sawing with the fishing line a little easier. Plan on some Goo Gone or Goof Off adhesive remover and a lot of elbow grease once the moldings have been removed.

If your vette has had much time outside in the elements--the paint might not match as you have some paint fade-

Using a hair drier really helped me get some decals off my Vette!

Im with Bobby1 on the paint not matching. If the car has been out alot it is just going to stand out like a sore thumb I would guess. People go both ways on the BSM's and have them on my 04 and like them.
