Can I just buff them out? I just want the clear look back like it was when my Vette was new.

I don't know for sure but my guess is that you can't.

There is supposed to be a product that you can wipe on your headlights and it will clear them up, but I am not 100% sure on this one. Just do a search on Google and see what pops up!
