Can someone point me in the right direction on this one, mine is loose and the car will actually roll slowly when Pbrake is engaged.

Back up car and pull up on e-brake a few times, This makes the rachet on e-brake tighten. good luck.:thumbsup3:

The single brake cable goes back to a butterfly bracket that has a cable on each side. If you strong arm the parking brake lever like most of us do, the bracket starts to bend. The more it bends, the longer the effective length gets. You go in for an adjustment, and they bend the bracket back to it's original position. Then it starts all over again

My Chevy mechanic has a fix and mine will never need an adjustment. All he does is beef up the bracket by welding a piece of heavy steel across the bracket so it cannot bend

You would think Chevy would have identified this problem long ago, like on the C3's, and made a better part

NOT I hope someone at GM reads this.....AND fixes this annoying problem.....maybe they just want us to keep coming back so they can sell us more service, parts and cars

I found the above information on another site and thought I would share it here on this thread.
