Once again, thanks for the responses and helpful suggestions. As it stands now, the o.d. works with a 12v jumper directly to the tranny. Switch is new, relay is new, sensor is new, and now the ECM is new. I did not replace the PROM. Is this a possibility for the problem? I see no wiring problems, but I have opened up the harnesses. They look great as the car only has 68000 miles, and always garaged. Any other ways to bypass components? Thanks again, Mike.

I would replace all the parts including the PROM, that is just my 02 cents!

Are you getting power to the relay? Do you have a wiring diagram?

Well the next step would be to pull the main connector for the ECM and find the pin that is the command wire from the ecm. Jump this and check the wire at the other end. If you manually energize the circuit from the command pin on the ecm and the rest of it works as advertised then the ecm/prom is all thats left.
