'The reason I bought the Vette is My wife and I are or were avid Motorcycle riders, we each have one, but the amount of times we have been cut off due to cell phone users made us decide we needed a little better barrier between us and them,
And I do not regret the decision.

Have to have our toys. Exactly why I bought the Vette, I have seen too many of my friends killed on bikes after 14 years straight riding. We would ride 12 to 14K a year so the odds were building against us.

Almost 68, But the mileage is pretty high. 1st day on this site, 3rd vette. Each day we wake up on the green side of the sod is a bonus.:cheers:

69 soon to be 70 in a few months. 14th vette since 1959 but the first in 10 years. I'm BACK, and loving it. Had a '56, 3-'58's, 59, new '63 split window (Cost $2,800), 2-65's, 2-67's, '72 (New, cost $5,500), '78, 82, and now a '96. Sadly, I wish I had them all now....................
