Works with the fob but it doesn't with the button on the dash. Do I need to replace it or is there a bad fuse?

Pop your trunk release switch out and make sure the connection is tight...

Probably might be stuck and you could spray some wd40 on the mechanical parts.

If it works with the fob I'd bet the actuators are fine... You could try inserting your key in the driver's door and turning it to the right three times (second time unlocks the Passenger door BTW) and I bet the trunk will open then too...
