Is this an alignment issue or something else? Thank you for any input!

Could be your tires are worn uneven with cupping or the tires need balancing

I would recommend a 4 wheel thrust aligment and wheel balance you should be good to go

check lateral run out on hubs, rotors, check for uneven wear of tires, shake isnt caused by alignment directly, tire wear will cause it though which is caused by alignment issues

Lets see tire wear caused by bad alignment... which is caused by alignment issues sooooo im thinking he needs an alignment lol to fix the problem from happening again

IMO I would:

a) check wheel balance. (one of your balancing weights may have fallen off)

c) check alignment. especially if you've changed suspension, wheels or tires recently

b) check rotors for warpage.

First place I would check! Then to the rotors.
