Hi Sandy and congrats on your new project! To answer your question, it really depends on what noise level you desire? For example if you are looking for a more respectable roar - Go with Corsa 3.5" Sports or Touring. If you are looking for a insane roar - Go with the B&B Bullets! We started out with Stocks -> Corsa 3.5" Sports ->B&B Bullets.

There are a few other exhaust that we have not used that are supposed to be good for example: Bassani, Magnaflow, and Borla. At the end of the day do your research and find one that fits your needs the best. Many of the exhaust companies have sound clips on their web sites that you can listen to! Hope this helps.

My friend has the Magnaflow and it is a nice upgrade to the stock sound but it was too weak for me. And the Corsa sports are on my other friends 2007, again they sound like a nice upgrade from stock but I went with the B&B Bullets because I wanted an agressive sounding exhaust!
Here is the sound of the Corsas with long tube headers and high flow cats:

Here is the sound of the stock exhaust with Kooks long tube headers and no cats:

Sorry I dont have any video of just the Magnaflow

you cant go wrong with b&b, corsa, borla or magnaflow just depends on what kind of sound you are looking for. i am a b&b fan my self i dont have a c6 but a lot of friends of mine do and most of them have corsa or b&b. i am a big fan of the b&b prts i have them on my c5 i loved the sound of them even when my car was all stock except for the exhaust it still sounded like a beast. the prts are not as loud as the bullets but produse a awsome sound. people will definetly hear you coming.

I have a friend with Borlas on his 06 and it sounds amazing. Little loud for my taste, however sounds like its ready to go!
