has anyone put thier own on or is it best to go to body shop?just purchased bolt on set without instructions.

With-out the instructions you shouldn't even trust a body shop that hasn't done your type of effects on a Vette.
If it has side skirts that stick out they need to be removable or you will not be able to fit on most alignment racks.
Even the Greenwood kits call for using urethane in spots to help hold.
There are only a couple of makers so look up on the net for install instructions.
Try ACI and Geenwood first. Even call them and they will probably help.
