On my C6 I'm having problems with the rubber getting a little slippery at speeds above 100. I was thinking about getting some new tire & perhaps going with a larger tire while staying with my stock rims? With hopes the additional rubber will give me the addition traction I need. I have good years right now and was considering going with the Michelin Pilot Sports? Any suggestions?

Hoosiers at the track... and leave the Michelin Pilots for your day to day driving... from what I have heard those Michelin Pilots are fantastic tires that will give you all sorts of traction wet or dry... however when you think about the cost factor... may be bit costly to tear up at the track?
