Date is October 18, 2008
Time: 1200 to 1600 or for those of us civilians 12:00 to 4:00
All cars need to be on base by noon. We will enter through B Gate starting at 10:00 am and the show is being staged on the parking lot between the NEX and Commissary. More information will be available later in the week so look for updates.
Lets plan on meeting at the Northrup Grumman Parking Lot and going as a group. Jeff, Chris& Libby, and Roger and I are planning to go. Hope you can join us.
Members the Registration deadline has been extended for us until the 14th. They should be e-mailed to jeron.hayes@navy.mil

Remember to bring your chairs, snacks. We will have the tent for shade. Please sign in and let us know if you are coming so we will know to wait for you.

I understand they want cars on base by 1200, but going in so early might make it pretty boring. Thoughts anyone? I would think meeting at 1115 and going in at 1130 would suffice, unless we are worried about total number of cars and having space to all park together. Just thought I'd throw this out for discussion.

Right now I only know about 5 who are going. Later time should be fine. I know no one wants to sit out in the hot sun all day.
Navy8n 10-16-2008, 11:21 AM Well, looks like i wont be making it now. Had a front tire blowout this morning in Md. and of course no one has that size on had so had to get ot towed back to Va. on flatbed. $$$$$$$$
