I'm needed some new rubber bad and was looking on tirerack at the Firestone runflats and correct me if I'm wrong, these seem a little wider than the good year super car tires? Will these still work on a C5?

It depends on the tire size? If a little bit larger you should be ok, now if different you might want to consult with the reps over at tire rack.
