I have a 88 corvette that must have a short the circuit breaker gets hot and will run the battery down. The circuit is door locks, seat, and I think windows

Any ideas on why?

on my 88 it was the switch for the seat.

Vango@mun is Correct most of the time it's the power seat switch stuck ON in one of it's many positsion, Even if the seat dosnt work it will draw power if the switch is on.
