My car will start blowing the horn for no reason, sometimes short blast and sometimes it blows without stopping. I will stop sometimes if I put the key in the driver door lock sometimes it will stop by itself. I hear a clicking in the dash and the ing is dead. sometimes when the clicking stops it will start. This problem is driving me nuts As of this posting the ing is dear the wipers are acting up but I have power. Any suggestions
