Has anyone had to replace the air bleed hose? The end at the plenum hose burst while other end to the radiator is fine. The part is discontinued thru dealer. Thought about just cutting and replacing it with an in line connector.

Hello.
Yes this is the way we have to repair these hoses, I have spent many hour at a local parts store finding hoses and t-fitting to make up a hose that has a part number for each part of the hose so if one part fails I have a part to replace it. It does not look as good as a OEM hose but in-tell someone starts remaking this hose it will have to do.

Thanks for the information. I had my A/C worked on and suspect they removed the line by bending it back out the way causing the stress which broke thru. Going to splice with in line to get car back and they are going to replace with new line and fitting.
