Several years ago, there was a Vette for sale on Ebay that had been owned by Conway Twitty. (I think it was a C1). I know Dale Jr. and Tony Stewart drives vettes (C6) and John Rich (Big & Rich) owns a black C6.

Jay Leno...yellow Z06...not sure of year.

Ted Nugent had 2 Polo Green C4's - I think they were ZR1s.

Mario Andretti has had a bunch of Corvettes for decades. I remember reading that his team helped design the indy-car type suspension for the C-4s, and have seen articles that he has helped design and/or test other stuff on Corvettes so he probably gets them for free???
And i remember hearing Leno say he owned over 20 corvettes in his collection???
Regie Jackson lost a 69 LT-1 when his car collection burned years ago.
I met Tia Carrerra (?sp) at a Vette show years ago...she had a black C3 in it.
there is a LOOOONNNG list to filled here and some i can think of are quite notorious as well as famous.
GM used to give the astronauts free Corvettes to commemorate various historical missions...I think the last time was the first group on the shuttle???
