Well they should, but UTQG is really only good for comparing tires within the same brand. Manufacturers tend to take some liberty with how they interpret UTQG. Any UHP tire is going to be noisy compared to a broad market tire, but compared to your current goodyears i really couldnt say either way. The only personal experience i have with T1Rs is when i switched from Nitto 555s to T1Rs on an 04 mustang mach 1 that i had. They blew the nittos away in every respect.
